DELIVERY/PICKUP
All our deliveries are signature-only shipments, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your package. You can also opt to pick up at our office. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
FAILED DELIVERIES
You will receive a call from the courier company prior to delivery. Failure to reach the customer on the phone may warrant a re-scheduled delivery after which the package will be taken back to their nearest office where it can picked up at your convenience.
