Return & Exchange Policy We will accept the return of a non- customized or preordered jewelry purchased for an exchange/store credit from clients in Nigeria within 7 days and 14 days for clients outside Nigeria as long as the product is in the exact new condition purchased. The purchase of custom and preordered jewelry is final and not eligible for a return or exchange.
